50 Shades of Green Book Cover entry Version 1

If anyone is a major fan of thatguywiththeglasses site and nostalgia Chick and her team from Chezapocalypse then you probably know all about this contest.

If not-

Basically a team of internet reviewers (all female) are creating a book that is both heavily mocking and celebrating everything wrong with the Twilight series and it's fanfiction spin-off 50 Shades of Grey and the awful trends in Teen Paranormal fiction that the series has brought out.

Going under a fake author's name they hope to do everything that the writers of these books have done- including fight with fans over Facebook- they really want to do that!

They didn't just get the members of their own team to write the book, they asked all their fans to write in entries so that they could write a chapter of the book. I think 5/6 got picked to write it.

So they are now trying to officially release it by Self publishing and again turned to the fans to design the cover.

Alas I did not get through, though after seeing all the other entries I don't think I had a chance, plus my cover looks a bit too much like it would belong to a horror novel rather than a teen romance book.

I will upload a cleaner version of this soon, but I rather liked the dark moody atmosphere of my sketch.
